Parukh Privacy Policy

The short version

• Your financial records live on your device, not on our servers.
• Setup asks for a name. That name is stored on your device.
• Email is optional and only needed if you choose to sync across devices.
• We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Information stored on your device

Everything you enter into Parukh — transactions, categories, balances, notes and the display name you chose at setup — is written to storage on your own device.

In local mode this information is never transmitted to Nuvixor. We cannot see it, recover it, or produce it if asked. If you uninstall the app or clear its data without a backup, it is gone permanently.

Information collected if you enable sync

Sync is optional and off unless you turn it on. If you enable it, we collect and store:

• Your email address, used to identify your account and to contact you about the service.
• The financial records you have chosen to sync, stored so they can be delivered to your other devices.
• Basic account metadata such as when the account was created and when it last synced.

Technical information

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, device type and the time of each request. These are used to operate the service, investigate faults and prevent abuse. They are retained for a short period in line with the provider's policy.

Parukh does not use analytics, tracking or advertising software, and it has no crash-reporting system. Nothing in the app reports your activity, or a record of errors, to us or to anyone else. If that changes we will update this policy before the change ships.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the app. Each processes data only on our instructions:

• Vercel — application hosting and server logs.
• Google Workspace — our company email, where support requests are received.

How long we keep it

Local data is kept until you delete it. Synced data is kept for as long as your account is active, and deleted within 30 days of you asking us to close it.

Deleting your data

To delete local data, clear the app's storage or uninstall it. To delete synced data and close your account, email info@nuvixor.com from your registered address and we will remove it within 30 days.

Security

Data in transit is protected with HTTPS. Data held on your device is protected by your device's own security — a screen lock and device encryption are the strongest protection for your financial records, and we recommend both.

Who is responsible for your data

Parukh is operated by Nuvixor Tech Pvt Ltd, SQ99 Mall, Bahria Town, Lahore 54000, Punjab, Pakistan ("Nuvixor", "we"). We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.
• We do not share your data with advertising networks or data brokers.
• We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.
• We do not require more permissions than the feature you are using needs.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, you may also object to or restrict processing and request your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, email info@nuvixor.com from the address associated with your account.

Children

Parukh is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact info@nuvixor.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised policy.
